Terms

Listed below are my terms and conditions of contract. These have to be agreed upon before any work is carried out. If you have any questions about these, please email me and I will be happy to help.

Minimum charge £5.00 with quotations available upon request. A 25% deposit is required for all work over £20.00 with payment upon completion. Should the bank return a cheque, the client will incur the respective charges.

Bulk Mailings - postage and stationery to be paid in advance unless quoted otherwise.

Final approval is the responsibility of the client and no obligation will be undertaken by myself. However, should errors be found within 24 hours of receipt of the completed work, they will be corrected free of charge. The final use of the document is the responsibility of the client.

I reserve the right to amend the original quote should the clients requirements change
